There is a huge demand; I've heard people talking about the lack of a Trader Joe's since I moved here two years ago. Safeway and Giant have gone the way of our father's generation. We want Trader Joe's and Whole Foods. A lot of gasoline is used driving to Reston and Fairfax for our shopping. The zip codes for Ashburn have 135,000 residents. It is about time we get what we want.
